[ c r i m i n a l r e c o r d ]Caught joyriding in one car with an older friend at age 15; Stole three packs of cigarettes at age 17. Needless to say, those days are behind him.
[ c h i l d h o o d ]Sean’s mother was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when I was 17, but she had shown symptoms throughout his life. His father spent most of his time out at work, so Sean had to live alone with my mother. She was emotionally (even, occasionally, physically) abusive. She would lock herself in her room, leaving him to spend entire days by himself at a very young age. Robert stayed with her under the impression that he was helping Sean, but spent most of his time avoiding her and in reality only hurt the situation. So Sean grew up learning to take care of himself. Because of his background, he was interested in psychology as a young adult, pursuing psychiatry.
[ e d u c a t i o n ]Grades fluctuated with mother’s moods. When he applied myself, especially in college, he did quite well.

[ r e a s o n ]Sean understands what it is like to live with a mentally ill family member. He would like to help those who are struggling, and in turn, help their families and friends.
I, Sean L Webber, agree to work at the Reflection Ranch for the amount of pay stated with no qualms, to provide the students a safe and natural environment to learn by teaching them to my best ability, and to follow all the rules listed in the teacher handbook. I realize that by signing this I am required to work at the Ranch for at least two consecutive years, and to live on the campus during that entire time.
N.B. – I would appreciate if the details of my childhood were kept private, as they are personal.
