A tall, well built man. He carries around a very demanding prescene. Nothing gets by him and when people get near him they feel as if they must submit to him. He often doesn't shave, giving him a stubly chin, and sideburns. His hair is very mused. All in all he looks like he just crawled out of bed everyday.

Ryder grew up with a younger mother and an older dad. He was use to hearing fights in the night. They tried so hard to hold a family together and have still lasted for 40 years. Through most of Ryder's life he would listen to stories about the people his dad dealt with during the day. That's when Ryder decided for himself that he would follow in his dad's footsteps. He always felt a strong connection to the people in the stories, though he never had a chance to meet them.
In highschool, Ryder was the star of the football team, the quarterback, and he had girls flinging themselves at him. But he denied every one of them. He didn't want to get distracted by the temptations that women brought to men. Ryder, was too focused on achieving the goal he had set for himself. He met one girl in college in his psychology 101 class. They got married once Ryder finished up at Medical School. Ten years later she was killed in a car crash and Ryder hasn't found anybody since then.

#1 in his class all four years in High school. Masters in psycholoy and finished med school with flying colors.

Once his wife died he wanted to help more challenged kids. All he had done was counseling, no psychiatrist firm would ever take him. Once he got offered a job at Reflection Ranch he jumped at the opportunity.
I, Ryder M. Colin, agree to work at the Reflection Ranch for the amount of pay stated with no qualms, to provide the students a safe and natural environment to learn by teaching them to my best ability, and to follow all the rules listed in the teacher handbook. I realize that by signing this I am required to work at the Ranch for at least two consecutive years, and to live on the campus during that entire time.
